Hi, Everyone!
I just joined the list - primarily to see if someone can help me with
our gerbil (Christmas present to my husband). Her name is Millie (for
Millennium). I think I saw mites on her yesterday. Definitely smaller
than fleas (with 6 dogs & 4 cats, I'm pretty familiar with fleas) - a
tiny round gray spot that I wouldn't have thought anything about except
that I saw it crawl into her fur! Yuck! Poor thing! I've been to two
pet stores to try to find something to help, with no luck. I read about
cleaning out the cage, using boiling water, etc. to clean everything
with, but what do I use on Millie to get rid of them? Any help or ideas
would be appreciated! Thanks!
