Help - pairing grbls !

Hi !
Is it advisable to pair 5 weeks young gerbil boy , with 8 months old gerbil
girl whose partner died recently (she never had babies) ?
Or is it better to pair her with one of  her brothers (or sisters) , from
whom she was separated for about 5 months ?
