Hi Jerry & Jennifer,

Welcome to the list. OK...for doing this some GMLers may turn on me.
Actually my gerbils love getting this. When my gerbils have no babies with
them, I will occasionally give them a bath since they love swimming/walkin
in water. I fill the sink up about 2 centimeters deep in luke warm water.
Then, I will set the gerbil(s) in the sink and let them walk around. When
they want out they will jump out of the sink. I use no soap. You can also
give baths with chinchilla dust. You buy some chinchilla dust and put it in
a bowl (big enough so they can roll in it). Then you will stick that in
their tank and if they don't go in it, put one or both of them in the bowl.
They will eventually start rolling in it vigerously. That takes the grease
out of their fur. please tell me how everything turns out.

Love,
  Amy
