Hi Jill (any everyone on the list) !
Thank you very much for detailed answer !
We were really worried (and we still are).
Good thing is that one of her teeth is still there (it is about 1 milimeter
long) .
So she can eat cornflakes /various seeds if those are cut into very small
pieces (not syringe but from hand) .
> I was getting up every 4 hours at night to feed her as well. She will not

Yes we noticed that she is actually running avay from water , but we are
giving her lots of cucumber and apple and vhem we give her some other treats
we put a few drops of water on our fingers which she sometimes lick .
...Strange thing is that she is very picky - A few hours ago she was
enjoying cornflakes but now she runs away .
Yesterday she was eating babyfood but now she takes a few licks and then
goes away ...
>This is very frustrating for the gerbil because they feel more or less fine
but cannot eat when >they are hungry.
Yes ... she was comming to their food bowl taking bigest treats and then
throwing those away when she realized that she can't eat those .
>It takes 10-14 days for the teeth to grow in enough for them to eat on
their own.
Those would probably be the longest two weeks for us !
> Also, my gerbil slept alot when she was without teeth as well. T
Yes she also sleeps alot !
>It is a hassle of a situation but the teeth will come back! good luck!
Thank you very much !
Btw . we tried to give her cat food (from can) but she didn't want it - her
boyfriend who eats everything! did't want it too !
Question : How much food (grams or so) does she need ?
