Mine thump when they get startled, if my really loud little brother walks
into the room, or my great dane :) It is really funy because there was lots
of thumping going on last night, Patch was in heat and both her and her mate
Bleep were thumping lots, well the male in the next cage heard the thumping
and was thumping also!! I think thumping also can mean they are excited or
like the very young gerbils I have, I think they are just having fun making
noise sometimes :)
