Hi Rachel,
A still born is one that is born dead. It is sometimes hard to determine if
a pups was still born, dead when it was born, or if it died shortly after
birth. If a pup dies with in a short time of birth there is nothing that
you can do. The pup may be too weak, have birth complications, or have a
birth defect.
