You have got tons of e-mail. The majority have stated that their is a risk.
If it was me I would separate them, it is your risk to take.
A number of our experts have said that there is a problem with moms stealing
(or even killing) babies. This does not mean that all moms will do it.
There is no crystal ball that can tell you that. You might leave them
together and have no problems. Then again you may have a major problem.
Most of us would tend to recommend the safest action, which is to separate
them. If we advised you to leave them together and some of the pups did not
make it; you would come back at us angry.
This is your choice to make, and your risk to take. I had a situation a few
weeks ago when I got conflicting e-mails. I had to read all of the e-mails
and evaluate the choices. Then I made my decision. This is what you will
have to do. Go back over all of the e-mails you have received on this
topic. Read them, reread them. Then the decision is yours to make, just
like the consequences are yours to accept.
