First, there is no reason to expect physical danger from anyone on the
Internet unless you are threatened or get very bad vibes. If that ever
happens, contact your local police.
The best way to avoid email problems is to stop replying.
Something called a "block list" allows you to reject email from the
addresses that you put in that list. Try Help for your email software. I
can see that you use Win95 but I forget how to make a block list there.
Perhaps another Win95 user will contact you privately.
