help with a bald and soar nose.....

Hey all,
   I have a question regarding bald noses. Paprika has had a bald nose for quite a 
while and it hasn't gone away. Instead it seemed to of gotten worse. It looks very 
sore, and I need to know if there is anything I can do to make it better!
