3) No binaries. If you have a picture or program you
want to share then post it
somewhere else and advertise its location to the
list. There are several people on
the list who may be able to host your file for you.
It will not hurt to ask. It may hurt to
post it to the list.
Breaches of rule 3 are likely to lead to complaints
from irritated list users who
have had to pay to download your message. If you
persist in mailing binaries your
ISP might be notified that you are breaching a
mailing list charter.
