Any time you notice a change in behavior (such as the head tilting) an
experienced gerbil vet should be consulted right away. It's possible that
it could be a growth or tumor in the ear or brain. It's also possible she
could have an ear infection- ornacycline is not an ideal antibiotic for
gerbils and you can't rely on one drug to treat all infections. Ornacycline
can work well preventatively (often for URI in pups) or in a pinch until
you can get to a vet, but it isn't safe to assume that it can treat all
infections. Baytril would have been a good choice, or possibly a sulfa
drug.

I would take Tana's advice and get her to the vet ASAP- gerbils are tough
little critters and with proper treatment she may have a chance.
