I am cleaning out the cages today and just finished
doing my hamsters cage. One of my hamsters is
developing the bloody nose too. It isn't as bad as
the gerbils but I can see it starting. Could it be
the heat drying out their noses? We live in
Pennsylvania and have electric heat. We didn't start
using heat until maybe the last 2 or three weeks could
this be the problem and if so what can I do about it?
Will a humidifier work? Thanks Coriena
