My gerbils, Xena and Hercules, just mated last night.
They've mated a million times and they have not had
any pups YET. I've had them since the middle of summer
2000 since my hamsters kept dieing
of unknown causes. Hercules was living alone until I
learned that gerbils do better in pairs.So I got Xena.
Perfect couple. Well, sorry for all the words, and
keep your fingers crossed!
