Give up on trying to get Milly back with her sisters.  She doesn't
want to be alone, but has repeatedly demonstrated she wants
to beat up on them.  If Mandy and Molly are getting along, then
don't mess that up. :)

Get Milly another companion and introduce that one via split cage.

A vet trip would double check on whether the nail was amputated
or merely below the surface...and if it is and can't get out that will
cause problems.
