Thanks for everyone's advice.
 
They seemed a lot better when I returned home this afternoon, but still I called my vet. I explained my situation, he basically reinforced fluids and to see that they were eating, and if they didn't look better in a few hours to bring them in. (this was about an hour and a half ago) I've given them some wet parsley, and lettuce as well to get some more fluids into them. They are doing much better, bright and alert. Plus they are much steadier on their feet.
 
I've replaced their water bottle, as maybe that was the problem. Although it worked fine when I hit with my finger. After getting some wet veggies they seemed much better, so it really does lead to believe dehydration.
