Hi list,
Sorry I have not written for awhile. I was going to yesterday, but it was
my 13th birthday so I was busy. Well, my gerbils are doing great. Kateela is
doing really good, and doesn't really bite anymore. Seva and Damion are still
in the split cage. It has been forever now though. Cricket2 is doing good
raising her 5 out of 6 pups that lived. Dot is living by herself for now. She
will be moved into a split cage with her daughter Prancer soon. Prancer is
doing great and is my best gerbil.
Cricket2's pups names are Ticonderoga (Teekee), Cahokia, Sunrise, Marley
(after his grandpa), and Cody (after my kitten I had to give to Jenny who is
on the list). Ticonderoga is agouti pied, Cahokia is argente golden, Sunrise
is agouti pied, Marley is agouti pied, and Cody is black. I am stopping
breeding because I got the one color I always hoped for. The Black Cody Mody!
Now on my new info. Remember when I couldn't tell what color Dot was
until I mentioned the white tummy? well I found out he mom, Kateela's, sister
Brownie is yellow fox. She is self colored. Kateela's daughter and grandson
are argente golden though. (With white tummies.) So I know she can produce
yellow fox too. Does this mean that Dot and Cahokia are still argente golden?
Or could the be something else?
