hello list,
i am hoping someone out there has experience with polar foxes...
I have a sn & a grey agouti pair that had two creamy white babies. When
compared to the german site and photo's on the color palette they looked
like polars. Well as they get older they are getting more and more greyish
but not dark like my silver nutmegs.
Elizabeth's pictures show her mary-eben to be lighter than my babies but
they dont look real dark...
they seem to have moulted a bit once already. But now they are a light
greyish. They could almost look like a very pale smokey grey agouti.
What i am wondering is what color variations have people seen. I know noone
who has or has seen a polar except in pictures.
I know that the colors can really vary- I have a silver nutmeg spot who is
practically white! yet his offspring look like normal sn and sn spots....
incidentally this is the polar foxes daddy.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
