My gerbil had her first litter two days ago while I was out of town. There were five, and four of them died for some reason. Is there any hope for the last one? I know it is rare for a single pup to be raised successfully. I have no other gerbils I could foster it to. Any thoughts on what I should do? Thanks so much!
