Recent posts have described this as a Yellow Fox. Genetics would be

A Schimmel would start life looking much like a DEH and then molt out to an
almost white body. The nose, ears, and tail would keep some of the original
orange color. By your description it sounds like you have a Red Eyed Nutmeg.
Does the belly have the same color fur as on the back?
