I recently bought 2 Gerbils, and browsing the WWW discovered a link to this
mailing list. I joined so I could learn from other people, and look after
my animals to the best of my ability.
I have lurked for a few days seeing the flow of messages, as is good
mailing list & usenet manners. I'm disappointed to see the amount of
flaming going on!
Somebody please convince me this isn't normal! I'm a long time net user,
with about 10 years experience (this is possible, I assure you) and have
seen too many promising resources die due to flaming. Lets try to sort it
out eh?
To get on topic, I have 2 Gerbil brothers (Starsky & Hutch - the GF named
them!), and 2 Hamsters. Oh and a border collie who'd spend ages watching
them in their tank if I let her in the room where they are!
