Off of subject

I'm sorry to ask you people this but I looked all over the internet and couldn't find the answer to my questions, and its about mice that I recently got. One I just got today and I hear it clicking (not all of the time just every couple of minutes it will click a few times then stop) I think it is an infection (I am using aspen bedding) and I have no idea what to do!!!!!! Please help!!!!!! and my second question is how long is the genestation period of a mouse because I don't know if the female is pregnant or not (it was a feeder mouse they keep males and females together) sorry for going off of subject             :) ~*Jenny*~ :)
