Hi, good luck with the little pups.  I don't know if a
pregnant gerbil is producing milk yet and can feed the
pups.  Also, you should feed gerbil pups kitten milk
(not puppy milk), though at this age they are too
little to have much success in supplemental feeding.
If you can find a gerbil with a litter she is nursing
