I didn't see any replies to your question, so I'll jump in. I'd suggest
you keep the 3 girls together. While groups of more than 2 females are
typically problematic, 3 together CAN be fine if they're raised
together, littermates like yours.
If you want to get another girl and pair her with one of these three,
that would prolly be fine too, and now is the time to do it. But 3
female littermates should be fine together.
