I couldn't wait, so I moved my little boy (I think the other newer babies
are girls - the boy is already starting to develop testicles? - the big,
swollen looking area behind the penis - but the other little babies don't
have that) in with his dad Sue and his 10 week old brother, Scratchy.
First, I took the dad and Scratchy out while I let the little one (4-1/2
weeks - He'll be 5 wks. old on Thursday) sniff around. Then I added the
dad and let them examine each other for a little while. Finally, I added
Scratchy. They took to each other well and now they're snuggled
together, sleeping. I hope that means it's a done deal and I don't have
to observe them every minute still. I'll leave the girls (5) together
for awhile, but I don't want them crowded together for too long. I think
the boy knows how to drink water from a bottle, but if he doesn't won't
his dad or older brother teach him? I know the littlest ones are now
eating food from the dish.
