I suspect it is probably no healthier than seed mixes,
or perhaps minisculely. She recommends it because she
makes money when she sells it. In fact, before you
wrote that letter I had considered asking you if she
had recommended it to you and then mentioned BTW, its
sold right there in her office. Like my doctor who
recommends a vitamin supplement I can only buy from
him. I agree with Gary who says gerbils require and
prefer a variety of foods.
