I've never seen this happen before...but then again nobody on the pogona list had ever heard of blood in matings between male and female dragons and my guys did this. It seems that when Draco our Dragon mated he was a tad rough. Of course with dragons the hemipene can get ripped off inside the female if they're too rough. However, I digress. If this is all it is then it should subside in a day or two.
What sort of litter do they have? I'm just tossing around a theory that they might have pulled some litter into poor Kippy in their vigorous mating. I'd say, keep a close eye on Kippy for the next few days. If she continues to bleed, take her to a vet. You may need to split cage them for a week or so to allow her to heal. And be prepared that in 4 weeks Kippy is going to produce little Kippys and Percys.
