I'm just as happy to move to Topica and have Julian as official list owner with him inviting people who have been long standing list members to become moderators as well. Frankly I like this best. The voting was only suggested because of the issue of the two lists and how some people seemed uncomfortable with the issues of moderators. I say let's do it this way personally.
