Just a brief note about this show that happened last weekend, and the
NGS AGM that was held there.

There was a good showing of gerbils with some new exhibitors who showed
some very good gerbils for beginners. The best in show was a young
Burmese gerbil.

At probably the best attended AGM in living memory we agreed a full
standard for Saffron, known as Red Fox or Argente Nutmeg in some
quarters. We also altered the provisional standard for Pearl to call it
Silver Pearl and to prefer the Colourpoint Grey Agouti animals rather
than the Colourpoint Golden Agouti animals as previously.

From memory I don't remember us changing anything else. I hope to update
the website to reflect all this next weekend and I will be referring to
the minutes to make sure I don't miss anything.
