Everybody, im really sorry about asking so many questionsMy female gerbil should be having more pups in about a week and a half. I have pups already that are 3 weeks and 2 days. When she has her new babies... I dont want the male and female to mate again... So I need to remove him. Her two daughters can help her out w/ the new babies. The male gerbil will be lonely unless I take the 2 male babies and put them with the father but they need to stay with the mother at least until 6 weeks. Do I make sense??? What should I do. Can the father and babies me reintroduced in six weeks or so?? PLEASE help.
