Yes, she can have pups ;)  The are no true "albino" genes in the gerbil world as of yet. The pink eyes are not connected to albinism at all. She just is carring the genes for pink eyes (pp). If she had dark eyes one or both of the genes for the eye color would be either Pp (black eyed gerbil with one pink eye recessive) or PP (black eyed gerbil with no recessives).
