This is basically a request for a new windows binary. But I wonder if it
maybe is time for a 2.2.1 release?

The last couple of times it has been Stuart making the release and Dan
rolling the windows stuff. Do any of you have any time left or is there
any other taker for the release manager role, since I know both Dan and
Stuart doing a gazillion other things in and around geda?

Ales should probably try to transfer gerbv to git during the weekend,
but I wont hold my breath. ;) Anyhow, it shouldn't stop anyone from
doing a release. Maybe the tag and update to the webpage is in CVS. And
if one misses the Ales export window I assume it can get stuck in between?

Enough rambling, any comments, ideas, suggestions?

/Stefan
