Hello everybody!
I have not made any announcement of 2.3.0. Now I have shaped up a little
and written an ANNOUNCEMENT-2.3.0. It is inserted below. Please comment
and I push it up tomorrow to the website if noone disagrees. As usual,
my native language is not english and I haven't made any of the patches,
so please check that I got it right and I haven't misspelled anything
too much.
The information of the patches I got from Dans NEWS file, which was a
huge relief when I found it. You guys have made tremendous steps in
getting gerbv useful commit by commit, but I haven't seen it until I
take a step back and take an overview. I only see small commits one at a
time. Thank you for taking the torch on this and continuing progress. I
think the japanese calls it "Kaizen", improvement by small steps.
Thanks to all involved!
/Stefan
----ANNOUNCEMENT-2.3.0 starts here ----
Hello!

* Fixed a minor arc rendering bug in fast mode.
* Make the svg/pdf/ps export use a 1:1 scale instead of scaling to fit
the page.
* Always require cairo now since we make use of some of the transformation
functions even when using gdk rendering.
* Fix a bug in the vertical scrollbar calculations.
* Fix a bug where apertures < 10 were potentially ignored in
some drill files.
* Fix clipping bug when viewing files with image offsets.
* Fix a bug where clicking on the message tab caused the keyboard
accelerators stop working.
* Improve the macro parser.
* Allow 0 degree rotation
* Fix some drill parser bugs element.
* Fix some additional Excellon export bugs.
* Fix the pkgconfig file to include some needed dependencies.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Gerbv's homepage is from now on gpleda.org:
http://gerbv.gpleda.org/
There you will find a bug database, a feature request database, the CVS repo
