I think the problem is related to the trailing zero suppression.
Your file does not specify it. Try adding the following 2 lines to the
start of the drill file and see it this fixes the problem:
M48
INCH,LZ
So, the first 4 lines would be:
M48
INCH,LZ
%
T1C.01181F095S3
You can also right click on the layer inside gerbv and select "edit
file format" to manually specify the suppression...although I just tried
it on your file and it didn't seem to work. Correcting the actual file
with the 2 lines above is the best solution anyways. I hope this helps.
