Summary: No holes with Drill file, when printing

Initial Comment:
I exported schematic with Multisim v10

Opened GBR file in Gerbv, everything is ok.
Added DRL file, got a warning:
"Undefined codes found in header."
The holes are shown on the display.
But after printing it, there are no holes.

The holes are needed to align the drill.
Please include the holes in the printout.

Message:
Hello,
This appears to work for me using the latest gerbv version from git.
Can you try compiling it and see if that fixes your issue? Thanks

Julian
