Richard, If I recall correctly, there is no "Java.net license" per se. There are multiple to choose from, including the Apache Software License. You should be able to check which license is used for each project. All of the ones that you've mentioned say "The sources will be under an open source license but the specific license has not yet been decided."
It remains to be seen how many other Sun J2EE technologies will be likewise
treated, and what specific license will be used.
