Licensing for type-safe enum

I would like to contribute a Velocity template which can be used to 
generate a Java class for a serializable, type-safe enum which follows 
the pattern laid out in Joshua Bloch's book Effective Java: Programming 
Language Guide.

The example source is licensed under a Sun version of the BSD license 
that can be found here:
http://developer.java.sun.com/berkeley_license.html

The template includes the Sun license in the generated source. Can 
someone please confirm that this is acceptable to the ASF before I 
commit the code.
