I can't understand why an extension that's outside of the spec
'uncertifies' it.  The implmentation will still pass all tests.

Are you sure that James' list of services is outide the scope of the TCK? I
agree with you that extensions outside of the scope of the TCK should not
invalidate the certification.

As a matter of fact, an implementation must provide 'value add' beyond the spec. Really. :/
