geronimo-ra.xml will need slight change

I improved the name of an attribute on the ConnectionManagerDeployment 
mbean and this will require changing geronimo-ra.xml copies.

old:
                    <config-property-setting 
name="JndiName">petstoredb</config-property-setting>

new:
                    <config-property-setting 
name="Name">petstoredb</config-property-setting>

I updated the openjca.tar.gz at openejb sourceforge RFE tracker.
