GBean / MBean Documentation

Would it be possible to get some docs on how the new GBeanMBean system 
works, and how to create and deploy containers to it?  I've been 
walking through some of the samples, but I'm not sure my understanding 
of the different pieces is accurate.  If someone could put together 
some documentation on programming to this API, that would be great.
