Dasarath, For WS-Security, take a look at the current cvs at http://wss4j.sf.net/. It is a library for dealing with WS-Security. For WS-AtomicTransaction, we'll first need a library/jar that can understand the WS-AtomicTransaction stuff. This will be similar to Sandesha (WS-ReliableMessaging) stuff going on at http://ws.apache.org/ws-fx/. We could add a new project under http://ws.apache.org/ws-fx/ to implement this thing.
