Moving openejb EJBUserTransaction to geronimo UserTransactionImpl

After discussion and agreement with Jeremy Boynes and Dain Sundstrom, 
I've moved the former openejb EJBUserTransaction class to geronimo 
transaction module UserTransactionImpl.

I believe we three are the sole authors.
