Ok, the release files have been create. We have bin and src with tar.gz and zip of each and asc and md5 for each of those, plus one KEYS file. If you are in the incubator unix group in minotaur, you can get the files like this

All files contain "incubator-geronimo" as per the incubator release requirements. The STATUS file is also in everything, though I don't know if it was required.
