Is the photo compliant with rules of the logo contest? Particularly with "3. Imagery" which states
"As such, we wish to avoid any imagery that is stereotypical or caricatural in nature or that would impart a new identity to the Geronimo name."
 
I mean a photo of indian guy in general, not this particular logo.
