Moved the 'affects versions' tag to 1.0-M1 edited your text a bit replacing
README.txt with BUILDING.txt as that's the way it was for the release.

In the BUILDING.txt file on the root, it specifies
To build and run the server, change into the assembly directory and type:
$>maven
$>maven run:server
however, in the modules/assembly directory there is no target for run:server
