Patch Set 4: I am applying new bitvec_write_field_ext function for encoding LH bits of IA Rest OCtets of EDGE PKT DL IMM ASS in PCU. The MS has correctly received the expected encoded LH bits at his end, i.e. the MS has sucessfully decoded EGPRS windows size, LQ measurement mode, and BEP_PERIOD2.
