I would be very disappointed if get_iPlayer were to disappear.  I only
use it for BBC Radio, so I assume that a flash video downloader would
not be a replacement.

Don't worry; I wouldn't want to drop it until/unless all the things it
can do are provided by other tools. The 'get-flash-videos' tool already
has a certain amount of radio support ? don't get too hung up on the
name.
