No, I really am in the UK, and I'm not using a proxy.
Downloading radio programs with mode "flashaudio" is still working fine;
it's just video that's stopped working.

just out of curiosity, are you using some kind of proxy? It seems that
others reporting this same issue are, so I was wondering if maybe the
BBC excluded certain IP addresses from being able to access videos, in
order to enforce their geographic IP limits.
