Hi.

I settled on 64 x 4096 instead of 64 x 1024. You also need to change all the instances of 1024.0 to 4096.0 in the same function so the percent complete works.

I also recommend the unroll-loops compiler optimisation on both rtmpdump and librtmp (if applicable on Windows).
