This is under Windows? Run Windows "Task Manager" (right click on the task bar and select "Start Task Manager" from the pop-up menu), go to the "Processes" tab of Task Manager, select the "rtmpdump" process, and click the "End Process" button. It will then terminate in the cmd window.
