I got this recently for another (radio) programme. I guessed that it was because it wasn't yet uploaded to the relevant server. I waited a day and all was fine.
Spingwatch and Unsprung are live shows - so I guess it tales a while to process the files for uploading. Not sure if the Red Button channel is also used for SW.
